1. Return Policy

• You can return unopened and undamaged products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging, with proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

2. Refund Policy

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for returns or refunds due to safety and hygiene concerns.
• Customized or special-order items are also not eligible for return.

4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@swastico.com. Provide pictures and details of the damage, and we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
